Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on chillers, compressors, motors, pumps, cooling towers, valves, and associated HVAC equipment.
* Carry out periodic inspections, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure optimum equipment performance.
* Operate and maintain specialized tools such as manifold gauges, vibration analyzers, refrigerant recovery machines, and pressure washers.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including mechanical and electrical isolation, LOTO, and HSE standards.
* Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematic layouts, and technical manuals.
* Support condition assessments, equipment configuration, and modification of HVAC assets.
* Communicate effectively in spoken and written English with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.

Skills & Qualifications
* High School Certificate, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in chiller repair and cooling plant maintenance.
* Experience in Air-Cooled Chillers is mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with YORK and Daikin chillers is highly preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
* Airport or District Cooling Plant experience will be an added advantage.
* Valid UAE Driving License will be considered an additional qualification and is preferred.
